Philph (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", or "Philph") is an online betting and gaming service provider. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Philph and its users ("you", "user", or "member").

Below are definitions of key terms used throughout these terms and conditions:

The following rules must be followed when betting on Philph. They apply equally to all users and are designed to ensure a fair betting environment for everyone.

Bet Limits: Each market has set minimum and maximum bet limits. These limits may vary by market, and Philph reserves the right to change them at any time.

Odds Changes: Once a bet is accepted, any subsequent change in odds will not apply to that bet — the odds displayed at the time of placing the bet remain valid. However, if incorrect odds were offered due to a technical error, Philph reserves the right to void the bet.

If an Event is Cancelled: If an event is fully cancelled, all related bets will be refunded. For partial cancellations, Philph's own rules will apply.

• If your internet connection drops during live betting, make sure your bet was successfully submitted.
• Placing multiple bets on different outcomes within the same event is permitted.
• For parlay or combo bets, all selections must be correct for the bet to count as a win.
• If an incorrect bet is placed, contact Philph support immediately.

Deposit Terms:

• A minimum deposit amount applies and may vary depending on the payment method used.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.

• Deposits from third-party accounts or cards are not accepted.

Withdrawal Conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Bonus funds may only be withdrawn after the applicable wagering requirements have been met.

• Placing bets using automated software or bots.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Using the platform to launder money or conceal the proceeds of illegal activity.
• Harassing or intimidating other users.
• Using a third party's account or payment method.

Philph may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these terms and conditions is violated.
• If registration using false information is detected.
• If KYC verification has not been completed.
• If evidence of fraud or bonus abuse is found.
• As required by legal or regulatory authorities.

You may close your account at any time by contacting Philph Support. Upon closure, any eligible balance remaining in your account will be refunded, though any active bonuses will be forfeited.

Philph is committed to delivering the highest standard of service. However, Philph's liability is limited in the following cases:

• If a bet is missed due to loss of internet connection or a technical issue.
• For delays or issues caused by third-party payment services.
• If an account is compromised due to the user's own negligence.
• Force Majeure — when service is disrupted due to natural disasters or unavoidable circumstances.
• For the actions or operations of any third-party websites or services.

Philph does not guarantee the outcome of any bet. Betting always carries financial risk. Users place bets at their own discretion and bear full responsibility for their decisions.

Philph believes betting is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. We encourage all our users to bet responsibly, and offer the following tools to help:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Betting Limits: Set a maximum bet limit for a specified period.
• Self-Exclusion: Take a break from the platform for a set period of time.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break ranging from 24 hours to 30 days.
